Mr. Beauchamp founded INTERIM Capital in 2009. He spent the previous four years developing and managing a Montreal asset based lender. His experience is comprised of the assessment of lending risks, asset values and equity values, closing and managing bridge loans as well as raising alternative financing and equity. He additionally supported private investors in acquiring and restructuring an airplane parts manufacturer and taking it out of bankruptcy. Mr. Beauchamp holds a Master's degree in finance from the University of Sherbrooke and completed his thesis on alternate financing in Canada and the United States.

Graduated from HEC, Mr. Cardinal is a financial executive specialized in business development and relationship management. He held several management positions over the course of a 12 year career at Reuters, now Thomson Reuters followed by more recent experience in smaller, entrepreneurial firms. Prior to his current role, Mr. Cardinal was a fully accredited Registered Representative of IIROC with FLC and DFC licenses to trade derivative products on the OTC market.
