Mr. Beauchamp founded INTERIM Capital in 2009. He spent the previous four years developing and managing a Montreal asset based lender. His experience comprise of assessing lending risks, asset values and equity values, closing and managing bridge loans as well as raising alternative financing and equity. He additionally supported private investors in acquiring and restructuring an airplane parts manufacturer out of bankruptcy. Mr. Beauchamp holds a Master's degree in finance from the University of Sherbrooke and completed an essay on alternate financing in Canada and the United States.

Mr. Lévesque joined INTERIM Capital at its creation as the Chief Financial Officer. He takes part in financial due diligences supporting Interim Capital's investments. Mr. Lévesque has his own accounting pratice supporting companies in completing financial statements as well as audit documentation. He worked in the past for Deloitte and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in the verification departement. Mr. Lévesque is chartered accountant and graduate of Laval University.
